Early Middle College Planning Grant Application

The Michigan Department of Education, Office of Career and Technical Education (MDE-OCTE) is releasing the 61b(8) Planning Grant Application for 2022-2023 grant application early this year to ensure a timely distribution to school districts.

Availability of the 61b(8) planning grant and amount of funding is contingent on the legislative authorization of 61b in State School Aid.

The timing on the release of funds by MDE-OCTE is dependent on the Michigan Legislature granting authority to the Michigan Department of Education to release state funding.
