This portal is used to submit the certification for School Aid CRF Funding.
Program Description and Purpose
The School Aid CRF Funding is funding to districts in an amount equal to $350 per pupil in membership for 2019-2020 only. The Michigan Department of Education is allocating funding statewide to school districts to support health and safety expenditures necessary to provide instruction safely due to COVID19. Districts must comply with the federal requirements, including that CRF may only be used to cover costs that were not accounted for in the most recently approved budget as of March 27, 2020.

  • Funding was allocated to all districts on an equal per-pupil basis, based on the number of pupils in membership in each district in 2019-2020. The payment rate for each district will be at a rate of $350.00 per pupil.
