Appointed deputy sheriff; elected county treasurer of Kalamazoo county and county clerk; auditor in the County Uniform Accounting Div. Worked for the Lee Paper Co. in Vicksburg, MI. According to House Concurrent Resolution No. 37,1950 House Journal, p. 369, he died 6/18/1950 in his home in Kalamazoo.
