Biographical Sketch:
Son of Casper B. and Regina Graebner. Started making his own way in the world at age 9, left school at age 13, worked in factories for 2 years and then in a grocery store. Successfully engaged in grocery busines for 30 years. Served as trustee for several estates. Operated the Graebner office building that he built in 1913. He served as city alderman and county supervisor. He lived in the same house for over 73 years. He and his wife celebrated their golden wedding anniversary.
