Biographical Sketch:
Came to Michigan with his family in 1910 & managed his father's dairy business until 1913. Worked for railroad companies as brakeman, switchman and yardmaster. In 1929 he organized United Oil Company & served as president and general manager until company was sold in November, 1938. He was a member of Masons, Eagles, Odd Fellows, Rebekahs and Small Business Men's Association. President of Fred L Kircher Company which engaged in real estate and oil drilling. Chose seat No. 51 in the house that had been held by his late brother, Samuel W. Kircher in the 1937 session.
