Son of William and Euphemia 'Effie' (Ronald) Rawson. Member of the Tuscola county board of supervisors from 1931-1935; lobbyist for the Michigan Association of Insurance Companies. Owned and operated a farm, has served on the board of supervisors, was secretary of the county Republican committee and chairman of the Tuscola County Fitzgerald Club. Member, Freemasons; Scottish Rite Masons; Order of the Eastern Star; Shriners; Rotary; Farm Bureau; Grange. Died from a heart attack.
