Admitted to practice law in Detroit in 1930
Served as research assistant for Law Observance and Enforcement in 1931; assistant attorney general in Michigan in 1936, assistant & chief assistant prosecuting attorney of Oakland county 1939-1946; appointed prosecuting attorney by circuit bench August 1, 1946. On the Pontiac Housing Commission and Board of Clinton Valley Boy Scouts.
Served on the National Republican Convention in 1944 and delegate to several State Republican Conventions.
Member of B.P.O.E. No. 810, Pontiac; Milford Lodge; F. & A.M.; K. of P., American Tribal Lawyers; Pontiac; Lawyers Club of Ann Arbor; Academy of Political and Social Science; High Twelve, Pontiac; Scottish Rites Club; American Judicature Society; Moslem Shrine; Oakland County Bar, Michigan State Bar, and American Bar Associations.
