Biographical Sketch:
Of French and English ancestry. Son of Eugene Francis and Marie Louise (Fridlance) Case. Moved to Michigan with his parents in 1891. He worked on several country newspapers and 5 years in the Watervliet paper mills. In 1900, he went into business with his father, as publisher of the Watervliet Record, under the firm name of E. F. Case and Son. He farmed in Watervliet . Publishe ther Watervliet Record newspaper.
