Biographical Sketch:
Son of Frank and Vobovil Berka. Came to America at age 15 and located in Saginaw. He became a U.S. citizen at age 23. Worked in Saginaw, for Seeman & Peters as a commercial artist. He continued with that firm for 13 years when he engaged in business for himself.
Member, Freemasons; Knights Templar; Shriners; Grotto; Lions.
According to Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 18, 1943 Senate Journal, p. 342, he died on 2/24/ 1943 in Saginaw.
