Biographical Sketch:
Son of Judge Thomas and Fandira (Richardson, Emery) Crocker. Began studying law in his father's office in 1876. Admitted to the Bar 1880 and opened a law office in Mt. Clemens. Elected Mount Clemens alderman in 1881 and 1883; alderman-at-large in1886. He also served as city attorney. February 1888 he moved to Port Huron when appointed Huron District special deputy collector of customs. Later returned to Mt Clemens and practiced law in partnership with his father. He was a postmaster.
