Biographical Sketch:
English descent. Son of William Osborn. He emigrated to the US in 1879. He served as Chippewa County Road Commsioner and originated the building of stone macadam roads in that county. He was associated with the Chippewa County Agricultural Society since its organization. He was a Shriner, Knight Templar, I.O.O.F., Knights of Pythias (Chancellor), B.P.O.E., Pomona Grange (master), Pine Groves Grange No. 1290.
