Biographical Sketch:
Irish descent. Son of Son of James and Anna D. (McLaughlin)Fenlon. He was associated with the firm of Brown & Fenlon, of which Hon. Rrentiss M. Brown, Democratic congressman is the senior member. Mackinac County Prosecuting Attorney, 1939-44; circuit judge in Michigan 33rd Circuit, 1951-67; appointed 1951. He was the national committeeman of the young Democrats for Michigan. Member, Knights of Columbus.

Democrat and was elected to the legislature at a special election held April 3, 1933 to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Hon. Dana H. Hinkley.
