Biographical Sketch:
His parents were Adam and Mary Jane Stout from Dark county, Ohio. He served on the Ionia county board of supervisors for over 17 years and chairman for two years. Owned and operated a four hundred and eighty acre farm. Mr Stout conducted the M. C. Stout Elevator Co. plants at Ionia, and also engaged in the business of buying wool. House Resolution No. 21, 1951 House Journal, p. 258, reported that he died 3/27/1951. No place of death given.
