Biographical Sketch:
Cashier for 6 years for the Goodwine Bank of Potomac, was immigration agent for the Frisco Railroad Co., and in 1907 he went to Frederick, OK, where he acted as district agent in the farm branch of the Fidelity-Phoenix Insurance Co., under the firm name of Goodwine & Moss. When the Farm Bureau was being organized in his county in 1920, he was elected as director an has served on the board for 8 years. For 5 years he was county secretary and chairman of the legislative committee. Member of the executive board of the Marlette Farmers' Elevator Company, of which he was president.

Notable Facts:
Born about 1878; exact date unknown. He died on December 11, 1934, from the effects of burns received in the Kerns hotel fire. He is remembered as the "man who introduced the use of goats in destroying brush and undergrowth".
