Biographical Sketch:
Died in 1971. According to the Social Security Index he died in September 1971. Served as sailor on the great lakes advancing to wheelsman & enlisted in the US Army November 20, 1917, serving one year (of his 20 months of service) overseas with the AEF. Became crippled in an accident in 1919. His organized and helped direct the Manistee Spirit of the Woods Conservation Club. His hobbies include hunting, fishing and conservation.

Notable Facts:
Known as "Jack" Served the city and county of Manistee as county clerk, justice of the peace, and probation officer. He and his wife maintain an insurance & real estate business. According to House Concurrent Resolution No. 303, 1971 House Journal, p. 2873, he has died. No date of death or location of death in the resolution.
