Biographical Sketch:
Son of Henry J. and Margaret A. (Foster) Munsell. He served as supervisor of Howell Township, for several years and as chairman of the board of supervisors. He was treasurer of the Michigan State Holstein Association for more than 8 years. Just prior to his death, he was elected for the 11th consecutive year as president of the Livingston County Insurance Company. Member of the Masons and A. O. O. G. Holstein breeder.
