Biographical Sketch:
Son of George B. and Ester A. (Stephenson) Neal. He came to Michigan in 1880, and, locating at Dundee, he entered the employ of the C. S. & L. S. and M. C. R. R., where he remained 8 years, as ticket agent and telegraph operator. He then went to Northville, and engaged in the mercantile business. In 1891, he bought the Record [newspaper]. Served as postmaster. Member of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR)
