Biographical Sketch:
Came to the US, Redford Wayne CO MI, in 1857 and worked on a farm. In 1873 moved to his some in Almer Twp., Tuscola CO. Was elected Supervisor of Almer. He served as master of a Masonic Lodge and High Priest of Caro Chapter. He was nominated for the office of Senator in 1890 by the Industrial Party and endorsed by the Democrats. He resigned July 3, 1891.
