Learning Targets · Develop understanding of how CEL foundational ideas, the 5D instructional framework and the 5D+ teacher evaluation rubric connect. · Increase awareness of how the new model for teacher evaluation is different from the old model. · Enhance skills in the use of the inquiry process during classroom observations. Success Criteria · I can articulate the role of the 5D instructional framework, the 5D+ rubric and instructional leadership in supporting teacher growth. · I can tell a colleague how the new teacher evaluation model is different from the old model. · I can provide evidence from video scripting for 5D+ rubric indicators.
