CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training (2 day)

The crisis prevention institute (CPI) nonviolent crisis intervention training has proven effective in resolving potentionally violent situations. By participating in this program, you will gain the skills and confidence necessary to handle crisis situations in your schools with minimal anxiety and maximum security. The training will help you intervene more safely when student behavior becomes dangerous. And most importantly, it won't damage the professional bond you've worked so hard to establish with your students. We hope this training session will be the first step on a meaningful journey toward a safer, more supportive school environment. Upon successful completion of this training, you will be CPI certified for a one-year period. Following this initial 2-day training, a formal refresher CPI training is recommended annually.
