Illuminate Training: Deep Dive

Illuminate training continues with a deep dive into Custom Reporting, Lighting Grader and Online Assessments. Dive into each featured topic and learn about the funcionality and classroom application. Guided practice and virtual learning give the participant an even deeper look into the Illuminate program and all it has to offer teachers and data leaders. Three sessions, mix and match, offer up to 12 SCECHs. (must complete virtual component to earn SCECHs) May 1st 1:00-3:30 (with 1.5 hours virtual) 4 SCECHs total Illuminate Lightning Grader Deep Dive Participants will practice creating and scanning assessments with Lightning Grader in Illuminate. Multiple Choice, Short Answer, Graphing, and Gridded Number Response items will be included. Participants will create formative and summative assessments to grade with web cameras and scanners. Audience: Teachers May 2nd 1:00-3:30 (with 1.5 hours virtual) 4 SCECHs total Illuminate Online Assessment Deep Dive Participants will practice creating online assessments in Illuminate using their own assessments (Manual/Hybrid) as well as creating an assessment using the Illuminate Item Bank to include technology enhanced items. Audience: Teachers May 7th 1:00-3:30 (with 1.5 hours virtual) 4 SCECHs total Illuminate Introduction to Custom Reporting Participants will use custom reports to calculate student growth over multiple assessments, create a "watch list", and set their own "cut scores" for each column. Participants will delve into the Advanced button as well to learn about calculating averages, custom student lists, and advanced filters.
