Son of John R. and Margaret Pridnia.
He owned a series of small businesses, including the Harrisville Shell Station and Tackle Shop; Pridnia Mobile Home Park; Dairy Dome; Alco Theatre; State Park Motel and WDBI Radio Station. He lived in Hubbard Lake. He served as Harrisville city councilman; president Harrisville Lions Club and Tawas Area Rotary president. Retired to Port Austin where he was active in the Port Austin Farmer's Market organization and worked for revitalization of the harbor.
