Biographical Sketch:
Son of Willis Clare and Virginia (Gillmore) Bullard. Served in many local offices, including Highland Twp trustee, Zoning Board of Appeals and supervisor, Oakland Co. Clerk/Register of Deeds; State Bar of Michigan; Legislator of the Year, Michigan Townships Association, 1984; Legislator of the Year, Association of Michigan Temp. and Staffing Services, 1997; Legislator of the Year, Soft Drink Association of Michigan, 1998; NFIB Guardian Award; American Legislative Exchange Council. He was a partner at Strategic Communications Solutions after leaving county service. He was appointed Deputy Clerk of White Lake Twp in November 2020.
