Biographical Sketch:
Son of Marcie and Phyliss Dutko. Elected president of the Warren City Council at 25, the youngest to hold the position to that point. He served on the Mocomb County Board of Commissioners, 1970-74.
Notable Facts:
He resigned from office in October 1989 and was released from jail in Michigan on January 3, 1990 after serving nearly 8 months for two-drunken driving convictions. He had committed suicide.
