Biographical Sketch:
Of Italian descent. Son of Anthony M. and Angeline J. (Spadafore) Spaniola. Anthony was a confectioner; Frank had 3 sisters and a brother. He was raised in Corunna. Worked for a sales and market research firm, 1957-62. Owner and operator of Anthony's Dairy Mart Isle in Owosso, 1962-. Taught history at Durand High School (1962-65) and government at Corunna High School (1966-70) and E. Lansing High School (1970-73.) Member Knights of Columbus, Shiawassee Historical Society, National Historical Soc., Michigan Education Assn, Lions Club, and Sons of Italy.

Served on a special PBB panel in 1975.
Nicknamed Bus or Buster as a child.
